Pick a topic, then one skill in it. Your child sees a short lesson with a picture, works through it one step at a time with you, then answers eight practice questions on that skill.

Your child sits the topic's paper on your laptop or tablet, in about half an hour. It marks itself the moment they finish, and it finds the mistakes that are costing marks.

Straight after
You see each mistake named in plain English, with a sentence to read out to your child. One press builds a practice sheet of fresh questions on that exact mistake.

A week later, and after
Once the practice is right, a quick check comes back after a week, then a month, three months and six, to see it has stuck. It turns up on your home page, so there is nothing to remember.
Not just a score.
A wrong answer can mean three very different things. The paper tells you which one it is.
- They cannot do it yet. That needs teaching.
- They can do the maths, but do not spot when it is wanted. That is a different lesson, and it is not more practice.
- They know it, and they are rushing. That is a third thing again.
Those three children can get exactly the same score, and each needs something different.
